Relationship Officer – PLB

Qualifications:

  • Having minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University
  • Having minimum 1 years of experience in General Insurance industry
  • Having networking in insurance market and maintain existing clients
  • Visit potential customers for new business
  • Provide customers with quotations
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
  • Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Able to work in a team
  • Self motivated, proactive, creative, energetic and ambitious
  • Posses a good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Posses a good administration skills
  • Computer literate
  • Target oriented
  • Willing to be placed at Palembang

Administration Staff  –  PLB

Palembang  | Closing Date : 15 Oktober 2014

Job Description :  Performs administrative and office support activities.

Qualifications :

  • Maximum age 30 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma degree from reputable University
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as administration, from general insurance industry is preferred
  • Good administration skill
  • Computer literate (MS. Office)
  • Highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual
  • Attention to detail and result oriented
  • Able to work targeted

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Willing to be placed at Palembang branch

Branch Manager – Palembang

Palembang | Closing Date : 08 Oktober 2014

Qualifications :

  • Having minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University
  • Having minimum 5 (five) years experience in general insurance industry as Branch Manager or Head Representative will be advantage
  • Hold AAMAI qualification is preferably
  • Having capability to operate small office
  • Good in administration, marketing and underwriting skill
  • Good interpersonal and management skill
  • Strong leadership
  • High level of integrity and self motivated
  • Excellent in English both oral and written
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to be placed in all our branches in Indonesia

Responsibilities: Accountable to maintain, control and supervise branch operational with following details:

  • Marketing
  • Underwriting
  • Claims Management
  • Financial Management
  • Human Resource
